If there are any issues that occur with your order, we offer simple and easy exchanges if the issue within the order was a mistake caused at our end of the transaction/order. All we ask is that you ship us back your item for a free exchange within two weeks of receiving your order with the tags still on the product(s). Then we will be more than happy to ship you your new order.
